Our application process is not like the application process you might see in some other guilds. We do not ask that you shamelessly promote our guild. We do not ask that you jump through any hoops to prove your interest and dedication. Our position is that you will promote Vae Victis and be dedicated simply because of what what our community is and represents.

Your application is really more of an introduction to help us get to know you better. The application also verifies you have read and agree to the Charter, that you're able to connect to the Mumble server, that you know how you can provide feedback to our leaders. We also ask a few other questions to gather information about where or how you heard about our community.

We process new applications every first and third Friday of the month. This decreases the back-end work for our leaders who have to promote new Members and remove inactive ones. The only qualifying factor of your Member rank is that you are still around and active when your two week holding period is up.


How to Apply

1. Read the entire Vae Victis Charter
2. Register to create a VaeVictisGuild.com account
3. Install and connect to Vae Victis Mumble server
4. Create a new topic in the Applications category
5. The subject of your new topic will be "Username's Application". For example, my application would be "Korin's Application".
6. Copy the following code box and paste it into the message field of your new topic:

7. Replace "Answer." with your responses. Take your time to fill these questions out. If your answers do not provide enough detail, an officer will ask you to expand the information you have provided. This is not intended to be an essay or a memoir, but it is designed to help us get to know you.
